  • Illinois Follows Federal Guidance & Reduces Fluoride in Water Supplies

    The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals recently held that a 95-year old agreement released a defendant from contribution costs under the Superfund statute.  In Peoples Gas Light & Coke Company v.
